Miami's Deering Estate: A Real Haunted House?

First of all, I liked this piece because it caught my attention. The topic is interesting and engaging and I liked the way it was approached and carried out. When the reporter said "staples of a haunted house" and listed some examples, the piece played bits of ambient sound that corresponded to what he was saying. That was a nice touch and a good use of ambient sound.
The piece was also humorous, which was another reason it held my attention. It sounded like a friend of mine was telling me the story. I liked how conversational the reporter was. The quotes gathered were also very interesting.
I also like how the reporter placed three actualities in succession and identified each person afterward. What the people were saying was much more interesting than who they were.
