I would alter this piece by restructuring the content to make it more of an opinion piece. I would ask questions that more pertained to the team's opinion of the bowling league rather than just questions about the team themselves.
I would also cut out more of the uninteresting or unnecessary answers from the interviewees. If they did not properly answer the question, I would either take the part out or go back and ask them better follow up questions. I would also like to get better ambient sound of the team talking to each other as that did not turn out very clearly. The ambient noise at the end is a bit long as well and could be shortened. I would also try to edit out unnecessary silences and too-long pauses in the audio to keep the interest of the listener.
This interview was also on the long side, so I would edit for content to make sure that it stays interesting while still covering the topic.
